What we do
Subvenio assists you in all your administrative and secretarial work. We are also at your service for onsite support and property management. We are your freelance personal assistant with a lot of experience and great professionalism. Our services are fast and accurate!
Who we are
Since 2010 we have rapidly expanded from our Head Office in Winterthur to a team of 6 specialists based across the Swiss German and French speaking area.
Our team of native speakers covers all types of assignments in English, German and French while keeping our promise: Swiss quality service, just the way you expect it!
How we work
All team members work from their home office. All assignments (incoming emails, messages, calls) are tracked in form of service-tickets to assure their follow-up.
We will keep you informed on the progress of your assignments. Once completed the receipt including your new account balance will be sent to you by email.
Our state of the art work methodology and efficiency pay off in an attractive hourly rate and assure a high service quality.

Privacy & safety
Confidentiality is our credo! See how we protect your privacy:
- Upon request a NDA (non-disclosure agreement) can be signed
- Data related to assignments will be deleted after 6 months. Upon demand, this can be done immediately after the assignment’s completion.
- Service-tickets, customer contact details, account statements, payment details and our accountancy are saved for at least 10 years according to Swiss law.
- We only work on assignments that come from a valid customer account.
- In cases of suspicious assignments (illegal, radical or unethical), we keep the right to refuse work without further explanation.
- Our team works from home offices and we do not divulge our private addresses to avoid burglary and espionage.
- Information technology: all our laptops operate on an up-to-date operating system with virus and malware protection enabled. Hard drives are encrypted and secured. We do not save sensible information on unsecured external storage devices such as USB keys. We use strong passwords, which are neither shared nor written down.
You get the best value for your money!
- We only charge CHF 60.-/ hour
- There is no minimum fee per assignment. For example, if we write a letter in 15 minutes it will cost CHF 15.-
- Full cost control. After each completed assignment, we will deduct the cost from your account and send you an email with your new balance.
- We operate with prepaid balances. Customers must have a positive balance on their account before requesting a service.
- We do not have a VAT number as we make use of the flat rate taxation.
- Payments are not refundable.
- Purchases/expenses to complete your assignments are charged 1:1
- Payment methods: Paypal, credit card or invoice
- VIP-customers, including celebrities, in Switzerland and abroad
- Small and medium companies of various business sectors
- Luxury hotels
